Kpopwinkel wants to enjoy music just like you, and together with you as a consumer, we want to experience this positively.

Should something unexpectedly go wrong, we have laid out a few ground rules below. Hopefully, we won't have to use them, but we prefer to be clear about them.

Privacy
The personal information you provide us will be treated with strict confidentiality. The data will remain within our company and will not be released to third parties. The information obtained will be used exclusively for processing your order and for providing information about your order.

General
By placing an order with Variaworld, you, as a consumer, acknowledge that you agree to our general terms and conditions and payment terms. Deviations from the general terms and conditions are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Prices
All prices on the Kpopwinkel.nl website include the current VAT rate and exclude shipping costs. For used items, we pay VAT according to the margin scheme. No VAT is stated on the site for these items. Prices on Variaworld are subject to price changes and/or typographical errors. Variaworld has the right to inform the consumer about pricing errors. If you, as a consumer, do not agree with the price change, you have the right to cancel the agreement free of charge. Backorders cannot automatically be supplied at the same price.

Delivery
We aim to send letterbox post for which we have received payment before 4:00 PM on working days, via TNT on the same day.

Parcel post is normally sent within one working day via DHL or PostNL. Products can also be picked up at our store during opening hours. You must indicate this when placing your order. Of course, no shipping costs will be charged then.

Complaints
If the delivered item does not meet what was agreed upon upon delivery, this must be reported to us within three days of delivery. We will then consult with you to see how we can resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Payment
All deliveries must be paid for in advance, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment to Kpopwinkel.nl can be made by bank transfer. This can be done via the website or you can make a transfer yourself. When you pay via iDEAL, this is immediately visible in our account, and we can proceed with shipping. If you arrange the payment yourself via a bank transfer or internet banking, the goods will be shipped when the payment is visible to us. It is also possible to pay via PayPal.

Cancellation, returns
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order free of charge within seven days.
As a consumer, you are entitled to return the delivered item, provided it is unused and unopened, within eight days of delivery. Returns must be sent in the original packaging, undamaged and with sufficient postage. You must notify us of your return in advance via e-mail: info@variaworld.nl

Unannounced shipments will not be reimbursed. Kpopwinkel.nl reserves the right to refund nothing or only a portion of the amount if it is clear that the products have already been used or have been damaged after receipt. Of course, we will communicate this in consultation.

In case of partial returns where the order amount falls below 50 euros (free shipping threshold), shipping costs will be charged. These will be deducted from the refund.

Force Majeure
In these general terms and conditions, force majeure means: everything defined as such in law and jurisprudence, as well as all other external causes over which Kpopwinkel has no influence
